All Owners/Members are requested to pay the maintenance charges of Rs.4500/- for the current period (Apr 2018 –Sep 2018) and also to clear the dues of the earlier period (for those who have not yet paid) by 31st May 2018. The list for Maintenance charges and Dues Apartment wise is mentioned for your reference.
- After Last date a fine of Rs. 100/- will be applicable for each month delay.
